LSSI is hiring a full-time Case-Aide Substance Use. . The Case Aide will be responsible for providing support for the professional counseling team in the recovery home program. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Background check clearance required.
Annual TB test required.
Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) as it an essential tool to complete clinical documentation and other job functions.
Ability to utilize NOWPOW to conduct case management for the clients.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Work)

Nice To Haves

Customer Service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
Access to reliable transportation preferred.
Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide case management for the clients.
Responsible for encouraging, monitoring, and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
Responsible for outreach to other agencies to increase referrals and engagement from the community.
Assess the client’s ability to meet admission criteria and placement.
Compete intake packets for admission into program.
Schedule intakes and walk-throughs.
Conduct weekly discussions with clients regarding program fees.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
