About The Position

Collaborate with Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation Team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation clients. Make client referrals and linkages.Responsible for encouraging, monitoring, and maintaining a therapeutic environment on the unit.Monitor surroundings and assist clinical staff, including communicating any changes in a client’s presentation or needs to a member of the clinical staff. Complete all required EHR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain familiarity of and adhere to emergency procedures.Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation and review required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Annual TB test required.
  • Biohazard training required.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in substance use field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
