Travel/Remote: You’ll service Eastern Canada, spanning Saskatchewan to New Brunswick. Why this role matters When a beverage line slows, every minute counts. In this role, you are the expert who arrives, assesses, and restores optimal performance—keeping cartons flowing and customers confident. What you’ll tackle Provide on‑site technical service and support for beverage carton operations. Conduct daily customer visits to review carton condition and machine performance. Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and implement adjustments or repairs. Train operators and plant personnel on carton handling and machine operation to build capability. Advise on the full range of company offerings to address customer needs. Plan, conduct, and control assigned service activities to deliver timely support while meeting utilization and productivity objectives.
