About The Position

The Cart & Range Attendant is responsible for bringing golf carts to the staging area and for providing assistance to the Head Golf Professional.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a current, valid Driver's License with a driving history that does not create liability concerns, such as convictions for reckless driving, careless driving, suspended license, or convictions involving drinking and impaired driving.
• Must be an ambitious, honest, and dependable person.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patrons, residents, vendors, Township employees, Elected Officials, and the general public.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with the public and Township employees.
• Assists customers with loading and unloading golf bags to and from cars.
• Keeps the range tee clean by picking up baskets and debris.
• Changes tee areas.
• Picks up the range at the end of the day.
• Cleans and washes range balls as they are picked up.
• Stages carts in the proper area.
• Ensures carts have scorecards and pencils.
• Checks carts for proper operation.
• Checks and fills carts with gas.
• Cleans and washes carts.
• Keeps all working areas clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
