CART ATTENDANT As a Cart Attendant for Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be responsible for operating and managing our mobile food cart, providing delicious food and exceptional service to our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will contribute to the success of our mobile food service operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Uphold a polished and well-groomed appearance that meets company uniform requirements during all work-related activities.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the food cart for daily operation, including stocking condiments, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking orders and processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart and surrounding area throughout the shift.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash drawer.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with local food service laws.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the cart and equipment.
