About The Position

Act as a customer service representative while on the gaming floor. · Distribute change to guests as needed. · Respond to jackpots, paper fills and repair slot machines when needed. · Knowledgeable on the slot layout and services available · Knowledgeable on all casino promotions. · Knowledgeable on Players Club rewards program. · Issue new and replacement players cards as needed.

Requirements

  • Six months experience in a class III gaming environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Must be able to work any shift, any days, and available on holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain a state issued gaming license.
  • Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all customers
  • Maintains accurate service logs when entering a machine
  • Performs job duties in a manner that complies with department and Gaming Enterprise internal controls, policies, and procedures as well as federal and state gaming laws, ordinances, and regulations.
  • Consistently interacts with the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard free work environment within their area of responsibility.
  • Performs slot drop.
  • Other duties as assigned
