About The Position
Our Carryout Teammates are responsible for taking food and beverage orders for all Guests placing carryout orders, including packing and checking orders for accuracy, collecting payment, and ensuring all aspects of professional food service and Guest satisfaction are met. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, operating with 'The Maggiano's Way'. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, pioneered the idea of casual dining. The company emphasizes community involvement, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to help employees in times of need. The Front of the House team, which includes Carryout Teammates, aims to make Guests feel special in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
