Responsibilities: Build P ositive R elationships with G uests in the Drive-thru Carryout Prioritize a Q uality C ustomer E xperience with a F riendly A pproach and E fficient T ime M anagement Develop a T horough K nowledge of F ood M enu and Carryout Retail Products Accurately R ing up and Bag all F ood and B everages, per C ustomer O rder Regularly Assist with Stocking, Organizing, and Cleaning in the Carryout Clean and S anitize all W orkspaces per R estaurant P rotocols Provide S afe A lcohol S ales through use of C ompany R esources and P roper ID C hecks Manage Guest Checkout Process by Efficiently and Responsibly Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions Follow all S afety and S anitation P rocedures per C ompany P olicy, in A lignment with Health Department Regulations Effectively C ommunicate with K itchen and M anagement T eams to P rovide Q uality C ustomer S ervice

Requirements

• 1+ years Previous Cash Handling and Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Enthusiasm for Customer Service and a Guest-First Mentality
• Basic C omputer L iteracy
• Basic M ath S kills
• Must be 21 +

Responsibilities
