About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Carpenter to handle a variety of residential and commercial construction tasks. You'll be responsible for building, installing, and repairing wood and wallboard fixtures while ensuring work meets local building codes and construction best practices. From concrete forms and framing to finish carpentry and millwork, this role offers hands-on experience across all phases of construction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
• Technical or trade school certification preferred
• Ability to read construction documents and visualize designs from blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Professional attitude with solid teamwork and communication skills
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (heavier loads with assistance or equipment)
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and legs
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willing to learn new techniques
• Able to use apps

Nice To Haves

• Technical or trade school certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine materials and measurements
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, exterior door installation, window installation, demolition, and general construction tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on daily tasks and site priorities
