Requirements

Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.
Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and expand your skillset.
Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions .
Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Assist Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of the job.
Read and interpret plans to ensure precision and quality.
Contribute to a safe and collaborative jobsite through clear communication and teamwork.
Take pride in the finished product—because your work matters.
