Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment. Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc. Safely operate manlifts to perform tasks at various heights. Safely perform rigging and signaling when picking items. Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment. Operate various construction instruments to achieve proper layout and elevation. Build and/or erect formwork and falsework for walls, columns, decking, stairs, etc. Work as a team member placing concrete, driving piling, installing light gauge steel framing, etc. Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Problem solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues. Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals. Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service. Must have a valid driver's license Must have valid email address and phone number Must pass pre-employment screening Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Work indoors or outdoors in all types of environments Bend, kneel, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas Travel periodically Work overtime when required Work in a team environment
