They build forms for retaining walls, pipes, and bridges. Carpenters/Form Setters utilize their own tools and work efficiently and safely. This job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position. Requirements

3+ years of previous carpenter experience in all types of structural forms in Symon, EFCO, and Wood forms for CIP
Advanced wood forming experience
You must have your own hand tools, such as a hammer, pouch, level, 8” crescent wrench, tape measure, etc.
Basic knowledge of operating hand and power tools used in construction
Knowledge of how to properly read and understand construction plans, sketches, and blueprints
Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing. reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing)
Ability to work in various conditions with exposure to weather elements
Flexibility to work day, night, and weekends as needed
