About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of form carpentry or concrete formwork experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Must have your own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and strip concrete forms (wood, metal, or modular systems)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Set footing, wall, column, and slab forms
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, and block-outs
• Ensure forms are level, square, and properly braced
• Maintain jobsite safety and follow OSHA standards
• Work closely with laborers, finishers, and supervisors
