About The Position

We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to join our Operations team in Lancaster, TX. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Possess 10 years of construction/carpenter experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
• Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.

Nice To Haves

• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
• Forklift operator training work would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading team to complete daily tasks at jobsite.
• Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring all projects are completed.
• Monitor production schedule and attendance of crew.
• This is a working foreman position and individual will also step in to assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed.
