About The Position

HOURS: Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with other hours as needed. Responsible for daily oversight of administrative operations of the Foundation. Oversees the management of financial operations, monthly reconciliation and required reports. Develops and maintains standard operating policies, procedures, best practices and guidelines for effective and successful Foundation operations. Engages in purchasing and contract negotiation and administration as needed. Analyze Grateful Patient program data to identify trends and opportunities for donor engagement, inform strategy and help aid in decision-making. Conducts prospect research and wealth screening for prospects. Supervises the activities for data creation and management for development purposes. Consistently deliver the best in customer services. As a team member, demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with employees, donors and patients.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 2 years equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Operational/Administrative experience within a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent leadership/supervisory, team building and employee development skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, strong written and spoken skills, coordinate events, possess problem-solving, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to research information and train employees.
  • Proven time management skills, including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines and standards.

  • CFRE designation preferred.
