About The Position

We are the architects of a pioneering yield-bearing synthetic dollar backed by high-performance AI infrastructure assets. By leveraging income-generating hardware (GPUs and NeoCloud compute), we deliver stable, predictable yield to participants with the transparency of decentralized finance. Our protocol provides a differentiated solution for capital seeking sustainable, risk-adjusted returns and serves as a flexible, non-recourse financing engine for the high-growth AI infrastructure sector. As the Foundation Director, you will be a high-agency leader responsible for supporting, promoting, and scaling this ecosystem. Your role is twofold: driving strategic business development across the Web3 and AI infrastructure landscapes, and overseeing the critical service providers that manage our protocol's reserve and market operations. You will work at the intersection of DeFi market structure and the physical AI compute layer to ensure the Foundation executes with reliability, credibility, and institutional rigor.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations within Crypto/DeFi, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
• A proven track record of closing and managing partnerships with major protocols, exchanges, custodians, or Web3 infrastructure providers.
• Deep working knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, on-chain liquidity, market structure, and core DeFi primitives.
• Experience managing external service providers (Market Makers, Custodians) with measurable outcomes and strict SLAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with technical, legal, and institutional stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience within a Foundation or DAO ecosystem.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, GPU compute markets, or NeoCloud financing.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Strategy: Identify, cultivate, and close high-impact partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, stablecoin platforms, and AI infrastructure stakeholders.
• Service Provider Oversight: Manage a network of vendors to ensure excellence in token reserve management, liquidity operations, market making, and exchange relationships.
• Treasury & Risk Management: Oversee the Foundation’s cash management, burn mechanics, and emergency procedures, maintaining a best-in-class risk posture.
• External Representation: Serve as the face of the Foundation at global conferences and within key communities, positioning the protocol as a durable and credible cornerstone of the new financial system.
• Governance & Transparency: Support DAO governance processes with high integrity. Ensure proposals are technically implementable and outcomes are communicated with the highest standards of transparency.
• Events & Community: Lead high-level events and initiatives that connect relevant stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing and ecosystem growth.
