About The Position

Cargo Sales & Business Development Account Supervisor Location: Miami, Florida (National & International Scope) Department: Commercial / Cargo Are you a results-driven sales and business development professional with a passion for air cargo? 7 Air Cargo is looking for a Cargo Sales & Business Development Account Supervisor to lead our commercial growth, manage strategic accounts, and expand our footprint across domestic and international markets. This role reports directly to a Board Member, giving you the opportunity to influence high-level strategy and make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Drive cargo revenue growth and exceed sales targets across U.S. and international routes. Develop and execute strategic commercial plans that align with our business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and multinational shippers. Identify new business opportunities, including specialized cargo sectors like pharma, perishables, e-commerce, and project cargo. Negotiate rates, agreements, and contracts to maximize profitability. Represent 7 Air Cargo at industry events, trade shows, and commercial forums. Manage key accounts, conduct executive-level business reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction. Who You Are: Experienced in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or airline commercial roles (5–8 years preferred). Skilled in both domestic and international cargo markets with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills. Able to operate independently, deliver insights to executive leadership, and maintain the highest professionalism. Nice to Have: Knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), pharmaceutical logistics (GDP), and specialized cargo handling. Established network in the global air cargo and logistics industry.
