Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained. You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks. Requirements
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region
- A full UK Drivers License is essential for this role as you will be expected to drive company vehicles
- This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
