About The Position

The Cottages is a small, home-like community dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Because of our intimate setting, we're able to truly get to know each person we care for and provide the attention, connection, and quality of life they deserve. We're looking for compassionate caregivers who genuinely want to love on our seniors, grow in their role, and make a meaningful impact every single day. Experience is preferred but not required. We will provide industry leading training for all applicants. We are looking for compassionate employees that want to grow, learn, and move up with our company.
Schedule: We are looking to add to our team, immediate need is full time NOC, we are also exploring adding team members to both AM and PM shifts.

Requirements

• GREAT ATTITUDE, one of compassion and a sincere desire to help others
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older

• Hygiene and Grooming Assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Med Assistance / Med Tech
• Monitoring/Safety Supervision
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Ambulation/Mobility Assistance
