We are seeking warm, hospitality-focused Caregivers to join our team. This role supports residents within their apartment homes, helping them feel safe, connected, and genuinely cared for. Schedule: While we offer fully flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time hours dependent on your availability, it is a plus if you can work: Preferred Morning Shifts 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Preferred 12-Hour Shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Weekend Availability Requirement Every other weekend, both Saturday & Sunday, with a minimum of 8 hours of availability each day. Or, One weekend day each week, with at least 8 hours of availability on the selected day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults
  • Ability to follow written and verbaly instructions in English, and communicate effectively
  • Based household skills (light meal prep and housekeeping)
  • Smartphone capability to use our timekeeping and care-plan app
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of caregiving experience with seniors
  • Experience providing dementia-level care (6+ months)

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assistance with daily activities
  • Offer warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Escort residents to errands, shopping trips, and medical appointments
  • Promote independence, engagement, and daily activity
  • Assist with light household tasks and occasional pet care
  • Maintain communication with supervisors regarding resident status
  • Record time worked and tasks completed using our mobile app
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, and complete assigned courses by the given deadline.
