Previous experience as a caregiver, home care aide, CNA, PCA, or personal attendant preferred
Ability to provide professional, respectful, and dignified care
Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as applicable)
Prior caregiving experience required.
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Experience working with male clients is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support
Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration
Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation when required
Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team
Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
