Requirements
- Willingness to complete all required employment requirements
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Access to email and a smartphone
- A strong respect for client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Following a personalized care plan
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with families and team members
- Other duties as needed to support client wellbeing
- Aiding with activities of daily living
- Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
- Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
