Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- We’re happy to train the right candidate who has the heart to care
- Ability to assist clients with lifting and mobility support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities
- Help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep
- Do light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Assist with moving around and mobility as needed
- Follow care plans created with families and healthcare providers
- Spend quality time with clients—conversation, activities, and companionship
- Keep the home clean, safe, and respectful of client privacy
