Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting
- Willing to register as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California
- Negative TB test result
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and transportation (when needed)
