About The Position
Join Assisting Hands Home Care and make a real difference by brightening the lives of others. Our caregivers provide compassionate in-home support and help clients with daily activities that allow them to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver (1+ year preferred)
- Reliable transportation, Car insurance and valid automobile insurance
- Able to function independently in the home setting with minimal direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and helping with laundry
- Prepare and serve meals
- Provides companionship and emotional support
- Reminders (medication, appointments, ect)
- Help client with personal care functions
- Provides occasional transportation for the client if needed
