Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare role
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- State background checks
- Professional and personal references
- Recent TB tests (2-step or blood draw required)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and families
