About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. You will develop meaningful relationships with the people you serve, with the trust and ownership from leaders to make appropriate decisions for participants. The role involves taking initiative to integrate participants into the community and help them enjoy their favorite activities, as well as supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This position is ideal for compassionate, patient individuals who find meaning in this type of work.
