About The Position

This is a full-time group home caregiver position located near W. Thunderbird Rd & N. 35th Ave in Phoenix, 85053. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and be empowered by leaders to do what is right for participants. The role involves taking initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities, as well as supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
