About The Position

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance – Do you desire to work for an organization that makes a difference and offers meaningful work? Essential Functions: Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments. Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures. Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks. Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair. Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs. Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
Reliable transportation.
Current TB Test.
A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.
