About The Position
Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance – We are looking to hire a Motivated CAREGIVER to become part of our team. That special quality you must care for others is what we are looking for we have a job for you.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
- Reliable transportation.
- Current TB Test.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
- Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
- Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
- Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
