🌞 Morning Caregiver Needed | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 🌞
About The Position
Do you have a calm presence, a kind heart, and experience supporting clients with behavioral hoarding? We’re looking for a patient, understanding caregiver who knows that progress happens at the client’s pace — one small win at a time. This is a meaningful 1:1 caregiving role where trust, consistency, and compassion matter most. Your mornings will focus on supportive, judgment-free care: 🧹 Helping the client organize and declutter gently, at their comfort level 🧠 Providing emotional support and encouragement 🗂️ Assisting with organization and maintaining a safe living space 🚗 Driving the client to appointments, grocery shopping, and outings 🛒 Assisting during shopping and errands ☕ Offering companionship, conversation, and structure to the day No rushing. No pressure. Just steady, supportive care 💙
Requirements
- Experienced with behavioral hoarding or similar behavioral health challenges
- Extremely patient, calm, and respectful
- Comfortable supporting routines and boundaries
- Organized, encouraging, and emotionally intelligent
- A strong communicator who builds trust
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screen
- Ability to follow all health & safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Behavioral Health Aide is a plus!
