About The Position

Do you have a calm presence, a kind heart, and experience supporting clients with behavioral hoarding ? We’re looking for a patient, understanding caregiver who knows that progress happens at the client’s pace — one small win at a time. This is a meaningful 1:1 caregiving role where trust, consistency, and compassion matter most. Your mornings will focus on supportive, judgment-free care: No rushing. No pressure. Just steady, supportive care

Requirements

• Experienced with behavioral hoarding or similar behavioral health challenges
• Extremely patient, calm, and respectful
• Comfortable supporting routines and boundaries
• Organized, encouraging, and emotionally intelligent
• A strong communicator who builds trust
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screen
• Ability to follow all health & safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Behavioral Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Helping the client organize and declutter gently , at their comfort level
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Assisting with organization and maintaining a safe living space
• Driving the client to appointments, grocery shopping, and outings
• Assisting during shopping and errands
• Offering companionship, conversation, and structure to the day
