About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking dedicated and skilled Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are specifically looking for Caregivers with proven experience and recognized certifications who are committed to delivering high‑quality care with compassion and professionalism. Competitive pay ($20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification)

Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) strongly preferred
Prior experience as a Caregiver providing direct personal care
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional client care

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship
Work primarily in clients' homes with varying shift times and care needs
