Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
training available for non‑certified applicants
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and successfully pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and compassionate personality with a genuine drive to help others

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Work in clients’ homes with varied shift times, routines, and care needs
