About The Position

If you answered “yes,” you may have what it takes to be an Angel . We’re seeking dedicated caregivers to serve clients in Evans City, Zelienople, and Harmony, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for compassionate individuals interested in part-time employment , offering the opportunity to provide one-on-one caregiving to seniors in your local community. With the flexibility to create your own schedule, you choose the days and times that work best for you. We are currently seeking caregivers available for all hours of the day and night . Shifts range from 4, 8, to 12 hours , allowing you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Must have a current and valid driver's license, car insurance in your name, and a reliable vehicle to drive to your clients' homes. Job Summary: Companionship, Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, including Incontinence Care Assisting with errands and doctor’s appointments Daily housekeeping and organization Preparing light meals Encouraging movement and interaction Companionship
Requirements
- Valid and Current Driver’s License
- Pass Criminal background report and Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to read and follow detailed care plans and write detailed notes on each shift
- Ability to lift 50lbs. in order to transfer clients from bed to wheelchair to toilet, etc.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferd but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, adhering to care plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring reliable transportation.
