Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Knoxville, TN
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
