Make a real difference by supporting individuals with disabilities Position: Caregiver -2215G Starting Wage: $22.00/Hour Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays 1pm-5pm (part-time) Location: Monroe, OR, 97456 Experience: Entry Level Spanish-speaking/bilingual caregiver required Driving Required 🌻 Client Bio: "Hello! I’m an adult who enjoys a great balance of relaxing at home and getting out into the community. I have a dog who means a lot to me, so being comfortable around pets is a plus. One of my favorite things to do is go out to eat—especially Chinese food—and explore fun spots like Guitar Center. I enjoy spending time with a caregiver who is consistent, communicates clearly, and brings patience and understanding to our time together. A Spanish-speaking caregiver would be a wonderful fit, and experience supporting someone with autism is important. I also love shared activities like playing video games and connecting over things we both enjoy. Community outings are a big part of my growth. They give me chances to practice good manners, be considerate of others, and work on personal boundaries. I do best with someone who offers gentle guidance, calm reminders, and positive support so I can feel confident, successful, and supported wherever we go.” 🌻 Why Join Us? We go beyond care.
