I love learning, staying active, and being social, and I really enjoy building strong connections with my friends and family. Music-especially hip hop-dancing, shopping, and going out in the community are important to me. I like having opportunities to share my thoughts and make my own choices. I do best when my routines are broken down into step-by-step instructions, and when my caregivers are patient, engaging, and give me time to process and express my ideas. Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive. Requirements
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
