About The Position

We are searching for a highly skilled, seasoned, and compassionate associate dentist to join a team of providers in Portland, OR. This provider will walk into an already busy schedule and work with a team of like-minded providers whose first goal is total patient care. What to Expect Competitive daily rate based on experience or % of adjusted gross production whichever is higher Full-Time: prefer 4 days a week but open to 3 days Required experience 5+ years 10 operatory clinic with state-of-the-Art Equipment, all digital and paperless Full benefits package: health, dental, 401k w/match, lab fees covered Earning potential based on experience, however, can start at $240K and up to $500k/year PPO/FFS Proficient in all aspects of General Dentistry, Molar Endo, Implant and willingness to keep complex cases in house High quality dentist, team player, eager to continue to create relationships, honest, consistent, positive, creative and willing to take ownership in the clinic, staff and patients Motivated leader ready to grow, learn, stay long term and earn an above market income Willing to have FUN while being professional and doing what you LOVE! Requirements

Required experience 5+ years
Proficient in all aspects of General Dentistry, Molar Endo, Implant and willingness to keep complex cases in house
High quality dentist, team player, eager to continue to create relationships, honest, consistent, positive, creative and willing to take ownership in the clinic, staff and patients
Motivated leader ready to grow, learn, stay long term and earn an above market income
Willing to have FUN while being professional and doing what you LOVE!
Active WA license in good standing
