About The Position
Compassionate Caregiver needed in Kennett Square Visiting Angels of Chadds Ford is currently searching for a Caregiver with Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Staff to work in Delaware & Chester Counties. Responsibilities of a Caregiver: Perform all non-medical home care services as needed Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff Join our team today! Requirements
- CNA, HHA, and DC Certification
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
- A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
- Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
- Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray completed
- References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
