Requirements

  • Active Maryland CNA, GNA, or HHA certification
  • Own & Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in client homes
  • A caring attitude and commitment to quality support
  • CPR / First Aid certification
  • At least 2 or more home care or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting mobility and safe movement
  • Assisting with transportation to appointments or activities
  • Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment
  • Supporting medication reminders as directed
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
  • Documenting care activities accurately
  • Communicating with families and care team members
  • Participating in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
