About The Position

Phoenix Home Care is seeking a dependable and caring individual to provide ongoing support to one client in Hughesville. This role is designed for one caregiver to visit the client multiple times throughout the day, offering steady assistance and familiar care with each visit.
This position includes three shorter visits per day, allowing you to check in regularly and provide continued support that truly makes a difference in the client’s daily routine and independence.
Our caregivers are the heart of what we do. You will receive the training, tools, and support needed to feel confident and valued in your role.
We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus with completion of required work hours:
$300 after 30 days
$600 after 60 days
$900 after 90 days

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Assist with walking and standing
• Provide support during meals and feeding
• Ensure comfort, safety, and encouragement at each visit
