Requirements

• A caring heart and a genuine desire to help others
• Caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and transfers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Willing to share your location to help us match you with nearby clients

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for seniors and hospice patients
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Always respect each client’s privacy, rights, and independence
