Requirements

  • CNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
  • Proof of current TB testing
  • Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role
  • Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screenings

Nice To Haves

  • 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)

Responsibilities
