Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages
- Compassionate and patient personality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assisting older adults with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Providing respectful and compassionate personal care
