Requirements

• 1-2 years of caregiver experience, ideally in in-home care
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while following care plans
• Empathetic, patient, kind, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
• Values creating enjoyable experiences with clients
• Comfortable using basic caregiver app and technology
• Flexible availability, primarily weekdays and openness to evenings and weekends
• Driver’s license preferred but not required
• Committed to completing all pre- screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, companionship, and personalized support that makes a real difference
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Prepare snacks and meals to meet individual needs
• Encourage and assist with movement activities to support mobility and engagement
• Provide basic housekeeping tasks
• Transport clients to appointments, social activities, or community events, if approved driver
• Perform additional duties as assigned
