The role involves helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships, and taking initiative to help participants engage in the community and their favorite activities. Caregivers support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assist with personal hygiene. They also support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
