About The Position
Flawless Family Home Care is hiring reliable, professional part-time caregivers in Streator, IL . This role requires a minimum availability of 20 hours per week , with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours based on performance, reliability, and flexibility. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism. Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass background check and complete required onboarding
Nice To Haves
- CNA experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility assistance and safety supervision
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and routine daily support
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
