About The Position

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring reliable, professional part-time caregivers in Streator, IL. This role requires a minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours based on performance, reliability, and flexibility. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism. Pay & Compensation • $17/hour starting • $18/hour starting with verified experience through the Healthcare Worker Registry • Eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $1.00/hour at 90 days • Eligible for an additional performance-based raise of up to $1.00/hour at 12 months • Eligible for a retention and cost-of-living adjustment at 24 months • Paid mileage and paid travel time between clients • Premium pay for select shifts • Additional $1.50/hour for overnight shifts (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) Orientation & Support • Paid shadow visits with an experienced caregiver • Clear care plans and expectations • Supportive office team with consistent communication Schedule & Availability Requirements • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week is required • Start part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time hours • Additional hours available for caregivers with open availability and willingness to travel locally This position is not suitable for on-call-only or extremely limited availability.

Requirements

  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must pass background check and complete required onboarding

  • CNA experience a plus, but not required
