About The Position

This includes taking initiative to help participants engage in community activities and supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. The role involves caring for individuals with a variety of needs, including autism and similar conditions, and providing assisted living support, which encompasses personal hygiene and assistance for those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations
  • Patient

  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)

Nice To Haves

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Responsibilities

  • Help people grow, learn, and live well
